I am an ACSM certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Health and Wellness from Ashford University of Arizona. .I have successfully trained individuals of all ages who have come to me with a spectrum of goals, ranging from competitive bodybuilding to maintaining health, fighting disease, chronic pain, and a variety of medical conditions.

Iām not a big fan of dieting. They only work as long as you are on them. Intermittent fasting is not actually a diet but rather described as an eating pattern. It's an approach where you go a certain period of time during the day . Finding a diet that works and is effortless is challenging. To me, intermittent fasting strikes a perfect balance.
